Name: Patch
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Alliance: TEAM ROCKET (I kid, I kid) none
Job:Ranger
Description: Patch generally wears a black t-shirt and blue jeans with a belt. She has dark blue hair (starts as a blue-blue at the top then fades to a royal navy.) , ear-length on right side, very long on the left. Yes, it is unique, because it is an awesome hairstyle. She has those pointy ended glasses, they have a technical name, it just escapes me.. She has pale skin due to genetics, she doesn't tan well, just kind of... gets yellowish. Her eyes are hazel, though have been called orange or amber colored.
She has other outfits of course. They include her Ranger uniform, a formal orange cocktail dress with yellow embroidery, and her pajamas. Her casual wear is almost always the above state t-shirt and jeans. Patch owns two pairs of shoes as well, orange and black sneakers, and a small pair of black flats for the above mentioned dress.

Personality: Patient; she has to be in her line of work. When you have a trainer screaming in your ear if thet pokemon will 'be ok' you need patience. Her patience does not cover high pitched noises that continue for awhile. She also has a strong sense of justice and will go out of her way to help right a wrong. This is generally helpful in her new job as a Ranger.
Unfortunately, she's easily mislead, some would call her naive. Which sort of explains that one time Team Magma came to town... Long story short, her naivety almost allowed them to defeat the hero that saved Hoenn. She's as kind as possible but has to be firm when dealing with unruly siblings. She likes to have fun, enjoy herself, and not worry. As a warning to all, she does not respect personal boundaries.
History: She was born to a normal family of shop owners as a child of 3 others. Her mother and father's other offspring included Seth, Zantis, and Lill. At a young age she studied under Sootopolis' Nurse Joy and learned what she could of healing pokemon. She accomplished what was set out for her with enthusiasm and graduated the makeshift program with honors. Truly, it wasn't an actual degree that would be accepted by Pokemon Center's but if was good enough for the female youth.
She left Hoenn then and wondered what life would hold next for her. She heard about the rangers and decided to join them for the time being. She wasn't as good at being a ranger as she was at healing. Patch's skills in that came in handy when they were sent on field missions though. If a pokemon was hurt she could generally fix it up so it could be brought back to a Pokemon Center easier.
Her mentor, Sootopolis' Nurse Joy, passed away a year ago. She'd lived a full life in Patch's opinion, and went painlessly. She did not mourn but celebrated, thinking the nurse was going on to a new adventure. Patch usually thought this way, it kept her a bit more upbeat than most people dealing with death. She didn't fear her own death because of this, and simply considered it a new adventure or quest.
