1) Explain how the obtain pokemon and starter kits a little better.
2) :3 Explain the whole darned system a bit better silly girl! Every pokemon rp site works different.

1. It will be explained via RP. Basically, what you do, is you go and RP out meeting the lab assistents or the breeder and they'll give you a pokemon and starter kit via RP.
2. Which system rofl.

2. Oh. >_> YOU HAVE A POINT THERE. I would say eye it and use pokemon judgement. Pound won't do half damage to geodude 5 levels higher. You'll just have to eyeball it and if someone obviously is breaking the rules, kick them. As for dodging, up to three dodges per fight. I'll put this rule somewhere.
