For staff reminders, here is what you CAN do:
You can create pokemon, but NOT for yourself. Other staff members must create them for you. You can submit One NPC Breeding Assistent (No profile required) and One Field Ranger per area (To give out missions). You are free to submit any number of NPCs, including Gym Leaders. If no staff member makes up an NPC Gym leader by the time someone reaches the town, I'll make it.
You can also dictate from a 1/10 chance that the person you're modding gets a shiny pokemon! Use Random.org and chose 10 numbers out of 100. If I see you cranking out waaaay too many shinies, you'll be DEMODDED.
You can also accept profiles. Make sure you read for any misconceptions!
