Ari strolled along the beach like an average day, getting her feet wet in the water. The Sun was shining and the breeze was light; was a good day to start a journey. Starring at her watch she realizes that she needs to go get ready to see the professor. Ari Headed home, washed up and set out to the lab.
"I wonder what pokemon I'll get, I hope its a cutie!" Ari squealed along the path.
Walking for about 6 Minutes she reached the largest building in town. She was So excited yet nervous and scared. This will be the first time she seen a professor, and it is also her very first time getting a pokemon partner.
Ari Stand in front of the door and rings the the lab intercom "I'm here to see Professor Scara please."

When did they install a intercom? Scara jumped from it. The Tauros by her wad startled too and started a ruckus. Scara had to call out her feraligatr to stop the tauros. Satisfied their guest wouldn't be uncomfortable, Scara walked towards the door. 'Maybe it was one of my lab assistants for put in the intercom.' Scara thought.
Scara opened the door and possibly surprised the girl by her young age. Scara smiled gently. "Welcome to the pokemon lab. I heard my name over the intercom so I'm assuming you wanted to see me? Please come in." Scara said, opening the door wider to allow the girl in. "You don't ahve to be so formal, though. Scara's just fine."

"Sure Scara," Ari smiled. 'She is really young, Must be a super genius.' Ari looked around at the lab as it was huge and full of notes and research.
"Don't you feel lonely in a place this big?, I know i will..." Ari giggled.
"I guess your very busy and i don't want to be a pain...I'm here because I want to become a pokemon trainer. " Ari started to shift side to side getting a bit nervous.

A pokemorph...? But she looked friendly enough and Scara wasn't one to judge. Scara smiled at the girl. "Not particularly. Even though my assistants are normally out, I have my pokemon to keep me company as well." Scara didn't find loneliness with pokemon around. Scara tilted her head at her remark.
"It's my job to supply pokemon for trainers. And I'm never really busy unless people start visiting at the same time." Scara nodded. "Is there any particular pokemon you want? If not, at least a type of pokemon? For starting trainers, I currently have grass, water, and fire starters."

"I've been raised around a lot of fire types so a fire type would be lovely" Ari stated. After a few seconds Ari realized she never properly introduced herself.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I never introduced myself now did I... My name is Ari." Ari shuffled side to side hoping that she isn't scaring the professor; Since she's pretty talk-a-tive and a bit self conscious.

Scara smiled. "Alright, this way." Scara said, leading her to the fire types. Scara nodded as she mentioned her name. "It's nice to meet you, Ari." Scara spoke, as she continued to lead Ari to where her fire starters were. Finally, they approached a pen where all her beginning fire pokemon where.
"Here we have Charmander, Cyndaquil, Torchic, Chimchar, and Pokabu." Scara said, pointing to the individual pokemon. "You don't have to choose rashly, though, since it's your first starter and all." Scara said as the Pokabu noticed the new trainer first, going up to the pen and stared at her.

"This will be soo hard to choose there all soo cute." Ari looked at all her choices and thought really long and hard about it.
"Scara I think i want to take the Cyndaquil, Little fella look soo lonely. I must have em'." Ari held her hand out to the Cyndaquil in a cautious manner, being careful not to startle or scare the poor thing.

Scara waited for her choice. she knew it wasn't easy to choose the partner pokemon she would most likely spend with all her life. Ari then made her chocie as Scara nodded and called to Cyndaquil. It turned around and stumbled its way to Scara as she picked the Cyndaquil up. "This is your new trainer." Scara spoke as she put the cyndaquil next to Ari.
"Alright, I'll be back. I'll get your starter kit and this fella's pokeball." Scara said, leaving the two alone for a second, then came back with her starter pack and Cyndaquil's pokeball, giving the pack and the pokeball to Ari. "I hope you have a nice and safe trip as a pokemon trainer!" Scara said.
